What are your interest rates?
Our interest rates range from 8.95%* p.a. to 29.99%*. Your interest rate will be based on your financial circumstances, how much you’d like to borrow, the term of your loan, your income and your credit history.

What happens once I have completed the Application?
A member of our finance team will be in contact with you within 1-2 hours to help make a tailor-made loan just for you.

What is the loan criteria?
- I am a NZ Citizen, or hold a NZ Resident or NZ Work Visa
- I am employed full time, part time or I am self-employed
- I earn more than $500 per week
- I need a loan of $3,000 or more
- I am 18 years or older
- I am not currently bankrupt
- I have a current NZ Driver's Licence or Passport
- I am not suffering financial hardship

Do you offer finance with no security?
Yes we can offer finance with no security. Your application will then be based off your income and credit history etc.

What debts can I consolidate?
We want to ensure you are in the best financial position, so we aim to consolidate all of your debts into a single loan.

What can I use my loan for?
The loan can be used for a variety of reasons, for example, to consolidate debt, buy a new car, take a holiday, and other approved uses.

What are your standard fees and charges?
A loan establishment fee and/or broker fee of up to $999 applies and is added to the total amount borrowed.

Who can apply for a loan?
You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for a loan with us.

What are your loan terms?
We provide loan terms from 1 to 7 years. Loan terms are structured to personal needs and can be repaid weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

What can be used as security?
Acceptable forms of security are Vehicles, Trailors, Assets with registration numbers and property owned in the borrowers name. We do not accept chattel securities.

What is the disputes Resolution Process?

FSCL Number - 7539When we receive a complaint, we will:
- Acknowledge your complaint within 1-2 working days.
- Initiate our complaints process according to our Complaints Management Policy.
- Gather and evaluate information about your complaint.
- If your complaint cannot be resolved immediately, we will provide you with a copy of our Complaints Disclosure document.
- Respond to you within 20 working days.
If we cannot agree on how to resolve the complaint, you can contact Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL). FSCL are an independent, not-for-profit, external dispute resolution scheme approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs.
FSCL’s service does not cost you anything and they will help resolve the complaint. You can contact FSCL:
